Walking Meetings can be fun!

We will of course work with anyone, but generally I really enjoy helping blokes to engage with what it is they are missing/ needing/ wanting in life and putting a plan together.

It is all about improving how we perform in this life - it is not a rehearsal.

As a Functional Medicine Certified Heath Coach, I have been trained in a number of disciplines that support people in making lasting changes, including (but aren’t limited to):

·        Positive psychology, leveraging people’s strengths to make changes.

·        Motivational interviewing, helping  people to link behaviour changes to their deepest needs and goals (e.g., “I will change my diet because I want to live to see my grandchildren graduate.”)

·        Habit formation and reversal, which supports people create positive habits, or break negative ones.

 I am trained to work with you in a collaborative way, as an ally, I will encourage you to discover your own solutions, become your own advocate and support developing skills required for behaviour change which can ultimately lead to health and vitality as well as reducing symptoms of chronic disease.

 As we discuss these areas, I can help you find your own, meaningful solutions, for sustainable change. We gradually try to break poor habits and make health improvement goals aligned with your own values to create new long term healthy habits.
