Building Mental Fitness


Be guided through the 6 week Building Mental Fitness Program, which empowers you to create sustained change toward a more positive mindset, by laying down neural pathways to form new habits, through consistent daily practice. Whether you are work mates, mates, couples or on your own the Mental Fitness Program from Positive Intelligence to identify and decrease negative thoughts (Saboteurs), increase positive thoughts (Sage) and improve self command.

Depending on the structure of the course you take up, everyone gets the chance to meet with others on the course via Zoom on Monday night or Tuesday morning. You can run groups during the course with your work team, couples or mates or come on as an individual and join in with others, and have coaching options available.

What the 6 week PQ Program includes:

● PQ app - available on Apple and Android, as well as a desktop version

● Focus - weekly hour-long video (weekend) and daily 15-minute app-guided exercises

● Gym - includes guided sessions to practice and log PQ reps, a foundational practice for building your mental fitness

● Community - the internal social network for the PQ Program, you can connect with those in your pod

● Modules - lessons essential for completing the program

● Pod - support and accountability group, to meet once a week to discuss the week's training

● Coaching and support options for work teams and couples
